Good to know info:

1. 1 oz Steam bag = 1-2 steams.
2. Do not add essential oils, they are too strong for your Yoni area  
3. Never use a plastic steam bowl 
4. Don’t steam during pregnancy or your cycle
5. You can steam 1-2 times a month
6. Drink lots of water while steaming

How to use:

1. In a medium covered pot, pour 8 cups of water with 1/4 cup of herbs. Bring to gentle boil for 5 minutes.
2. Turn off heat, leave lid on and let steam for additional 5 minutes. (Let sit if it’s too hot. You want it comfortable NOT scorching).
3. Place your steel steam bowl* (also, offered on this site) in your toilet.
4. Pour your herbal steam into the *steam bowl. 
5. Test the steam again to ensure it is comfortable. Put on your steam gown* (on this site). And Happy Yoni Steam!
6. Steam up to 40 minutes.
