How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days (excluding weekends & holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. If order volume is high, it may take a little longer. Please be patient as we are all human and still have other things going on in the background. Please take that into consideration BEFORE placing your orders. You will receive a notification once your order is processed.
Please Note: Processing time is not the same as Shipping time.
How long does it take to ship an order?
For now, we only ship domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. USPS states up to 2-8 Business days; however, is not guaranteed due to factors within USPS. You will receive tracking once your item(s) have been shipped.
Please note: We do not have control over USPS. Once the order has shipped. Also, we do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours after that email for the information to be available.
If you haven’t received your order by the date it was promised, please contact us at Blueleganceshoppe@gmail.com WITH your name, order number, date ordered, and we will look into it for you. Again, we do not control USPS but will do our best to service the issue.
What if my order is damaged?
Please email us at: Blueleganceshoppe@gmail.com WITH your order number and photo of the order and item’s condition. We address this on a case-by-case basis but our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.
What are shipping rates?
Shipping charges will be calculated & displayed for your order at checkout.
Shipping over $100.00 is always FREE.
Do you offer delivery or pick-up?
BLU Elegance, LLC does NOT offer local delivery or pick-up at this time.
Do you offer Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges?
Due to your health and safety, as well as our family’s, we only accept returns/exchanges/refunds on unopened products. The reasoning is VERY CLEAR, our products are of personal use, and all of our customer’s health and safety are important to us. If the item(s) has been opened or tampered with, unfortunately, we CANNOT help.
Refunds: You will have 5 days from the date of receiving your order if the order meets refund qualifications.
Returns: You will have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to process a return.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be handled the same as returns and allowed only on unopened product(s).
