BLU ELEGANCE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to your health and safety, as well as our family’s, we only accept returns/exchanges/refunds for unopened products. The reasoning is VERY CLEAR, our products are of personal use, and all of our customer’s health and safety are important to us. If the item(s) has been opened or tampered with, unfortunately, we CANNOT help. Each case will be viewed on a case-by-case basis at the discrepancy of the owner.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For candles and scents, we know that sometimes it takes a few uses, so candles and scents can be half used and still be eligible for returns FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Name, order number, and reason for return.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is damage reported, please send pics to email@example.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Lip scrubs and/or exfoliators, Facial rollers, anything in the Yoni Collection (soaps, gowns, herbs, steam bowls), the adult toy collection, Seamoss soaps, and personal care goods (such as beauty products - eyelashes, eye pillows, eyeliners/adhesive, shower steamers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the situation and the reason for the exchange. Of course, if it can’t fit, you have no control over that. But BEFORE submitting your order, verify your sizes and quantity. As always, your satisfaction is our main objective. So before letting things get out of control, give us the opportunity to get it right!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
